What makes up an apprenticeship?

A qualification (NVQ) which proves that you can demonstrate competence in the relevant skill, trade or occupation. Plus this looks great on your CV.

A technical certificate (where required) underpinning the skills you learn with theory and knowledge.

Employment rights and responsibilities (ERR) in the workplace is a module which demonstrates that you know and understand areas such as employees rights, employment law, responsibilities, diversity and health and safety.
