  • Order processing
  • Customer quotations
  • Generating Material safety data sheets on our bespoke software
  • Gas mixture calculations on our bespoke software
  • Issuing orders to production
  • Customer requested paperwork/ certification
  • Filing customer and supplier information
  • Invoicing

Phone answering and liaising with customers and suppliers

What is a Sales and Business Administrator?

This role will allow you to touch on various elements of a sales role and also administration. You will become used to speaking with customers/clients on a regular basis via email, in person or over the phone. You will be expected to be an organised and hardworking individual who has great timekeeping. This can be a rewarding job role.

Qualifications Required:

GCSE Maths, English 9-4 (A*- C ) or Functional Skills (or equivalent) preferred

Qualifications Gained: 

Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2

Good progression prospects to a more senior level as our company grows.
