Do you fancy working for a local, trusted packaging company? Assured packaging are seeking a reliable and hardworking customer service apprentice!
- Answering the phone, taking orders from customers, customer inquiries, chasing late payment etc
- Emailing quotes, confirmation of orders, missing delivery notes, invoices etc
- New product quotations, for new and old customers.
- Re-ordering stock, obtaining better prices and better products.
- Placing board orders and consumable products orders.
- Working with our Sage accounts program, placing orders on the system, delivery notes, confirmation notes, invoices, cash payments and closing the orders.
- Meeting with customers and suppliers, some outside visits.
- Assisting with the day to day running of the office.
08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday
08:00 to 14:30 Friday
