Helping Angels are looking to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice with a particular interest in payroll.
The successful Candidate will provide day to day business support in the HR and Payroll Department which will involve collating weekly timesheets and recording calls onto call monitoring 2000 system, calculating annual leave entitlements, sickness and deductions, preparing monthly payroll and liaise with accountants, collate starter and leaver documentation, ensure any payroll queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
General Administration duties including answering phones, scanning, photocopying ,filing, Use of computer systems including one Drive, webmail and Call Monitoring 2000.

Qualifications required for this apprenticeship:
– GCSE Maths and English A*- C or Functional Skills or equivalent are preferred
Monday- Friday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
