Horton Building Plastics Ltd is an emerging award-winning local company looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their expanding administration team. This is initially an apprentice position with a view to a permanent position following a successful apprenticeship. The position is well suited to an aspiring person who is keen to develop and learn.

Working week:

Full Time 40 hours – Monday to Friday (with the occasional Saturday morning required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively deal with telephone enquiries from customers
  • Respond to email enquiries in a timely, clear and concise manner
  • Ensure all information is documented and saved following company procedures
  • Assist with credit control
  • Support monitoring of stock
  • Collate and record information to support the window processing department
  • Support customer open days
  • Provide administrative support to all departments as required
  • Order office supplies as directed
