Job Role

  • Answering the telephone
  • Admin for all areas of the job
  • Liaising with customers on a daily basis
  • Filing
  • Photocopying
  • Attending Meetings and taking Minutes as required
  • Answer calls as needed, taking precise messages for recipients, whilst ensuring that messages are picked up by recipient
  • Deal with internal and external communications, and action record or report information as necessary
  • Ensure all necessary documentation and information prepared is accurate and produced on time

 Skills Required

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Understand how to deliver excellent customer service
  • Organisation Skills (Able to manage time effectively and prioritise workload accordingly)
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand and carry out instructions
  • Excellent IT skills are preferred
