The role will be integral in supporting customers within their journey In Staffordshire Housing Group, understanding in how people can apply for housing, reporting repairs, liaising with contractors, understanding shared ownership properties, and tenancy issues. This will provide an excellent career basis for those interested in customer service and/or Social Housing.
As part of a vibrant, enthusiastic team, you will be the face and the voice of the business to assist with queries and issues. You will also have an opportunity to drive improvements across the group by being involved with projects for change.
