Job Role

  • Filing
  • Photocopying
  • Attending Meetings and taking Minutes as required
  • Answer calls as needed, taking precise messages for recipients, whilst ensuring that messages are picked up by recipients
  • Use the latest company I.T systems, Microsoft Office and specialist Fleet Management Software
  • Maintaining excel spreadsheets, company databases and external service provider fleet data
  • Process service, maintenance and repair authorisation, and monitor progress to completion
  • Deal with internal and external communications, and action record or report information as necessary
  • Ensure all necessary documentation and information prepared is accurate and produced on time
  • To work as part of a team and provide administrative support to the Transport Department, acting as a point of contact for Drivers, Suppliers and Service Providers.
