A boss seeking a ‘knowledge refresh’ is the first PM Training learner to become a qualified supervisor.

Chris Sanders, manager of Trades & Labourers Limited in Silverdale, signed up for an Occupational Work Supervision Level 3 to pick up some tips for the day to day running of his business.

The two-year course recognises knowledge, skills and competence as a Site Supervisor, which will be invaluable in his company which employs eight people.

Chris enrolled in 2014, when PM Training broadened their range of courses in the construction sector.

He said: “PM Training have great in-depth knowledge of the construction sector, and the course was tailored and industry specific on all levels.

“I have been so impressed with the PM Training system that more of our staff have signed up for qualifications.”
