PM Training, the number one provider of young apprenticeships in Staffordshire, has announced Nicola Winn, a leading figure in the housing and marketing sectors, as its new chair.
Nicola will succeed David Seviour OBE, the founder director of the Leicester Housing Association, who is retiring from the position and handing over the reins.
Nicola is the managing director of Creative Bridge, a marketing and communications business with a specialism in housing and regeneration.
She previously held senior roles at two regional housing associations and the CIH.
She is a board member at The Marketing Group and previously sat on the board of the Foyer Federation, she is also the former chair of a regional board of the CIH.
She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and an active member of the Academy for Chief Executives.
She said: “I want to build on PM Training’s significant success to date.
“I have three primary areas of focus, in my new role as chair, these are, to grow the number of apprenticeships across Staffordshire, retaining our position as the number one provider, to continue to supporting local communities through our award-winning HomeWorks service, and to extend PM Training’s profile and reach beyond Staffordshire.”
