Duties will include the following

Provide a positive welcome and reception services to all centre visitors

-Professionally manage calls helping with queries or passing to a colleague where appropriate
-Maintaining a tidy work area and ensure the centre is fit for visitors at all times.
-Input data to a database relating to course bookings
-Photocopying / scanning course records
-Training rooms set up for courses
-Maintaining/replenishing refreshments during courses

The hours of work will be 8:15am to 16:15pm. Mon to Fri
