To generate technical reports including inspection reports, survey site plans, bulk analysis certificates, (including all associated hand written) for the review of the technical management team responsible for issue. General administrational office and laboratory duties as required by the office management.
Contact with surveyors and laboratory technicians to communicate outstanding and incomplete data.
Key Responsibilities: Specific
- Correlation/generation of test and inspection reports and floor plans using Microsoft excel and Visio.
- Liaison with surveyors and analysts with respect to amendments, floor plans, and laboratory analysis.
- Scanning and archiving documentation within appropriate system folders on dropbox.
- External submitted sample receipt.
- Laboratory sample entry to the asbestoslab system (where demand requires).
- Point of initial contact for telephone calls made into the office.
- To pass telephone queries to the relevant member of staff in a timely manner.
- Involvement in other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
